Centrally located in the Peace Region, the Rycroft Ag Centre is a community hub for various events and needs. Originally built in 1975, the Ag Centre has since undergone renovations and been upgraded to provide multiple amenities and rental spaces.
Rentals & Fees
The Rycroft Ag Centre is a beautiful state of the art facility for any and all community or private events. The Rycroft Agricultural Society team makes reservations a breeze and are extremely helpful from start to finish to ensure events are successful. The Municipal District of Spirit River highly recommends the facility and looks forward to hosting many more events at the Rycroft Ag Centre in the years to come!

Farmers’ Market
The Rycroft Farmers’ Market displays locally talented, hardworking individuals who provide a number of products for purchase. The regular season runs from June to September, every Thursday from 3-6 p.m. in the Ag Centre’s main hall.
The Farmers’ Market also hosts seasonal markets for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas!

Spirit Arts Dance Society
Spirit Arts Dance Society is a local recreational dance studio in the Ag Centre’s Upstairs Studio. For nearly 20 years, the Dance Society has taught students from all over the Peace Region, of all ages. They offer lessons in several dance styles, including ballet, contemporary, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, and tap.
Their slogan is, “Let your spirit dance!” The Dance Society values grace, resilience, and inspiration to aid students in staying active while expressing themselves through themes and storytelling. Each year, the Dance Society attends several competitions as well as hosts an annual recital to showcase a collection of their works.
